Q. How long does shipping take? 

3-5 working days from dispatch for bows via myhermes or royal mail.

1-2 working days for jewellery orders

Q. How much is shipping?

Flat rate of £2.75 UK only.

Flat rate of £2.00 for jewellery orders UK only.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Our website is only for UK customer however if you would like us to deliver to you outside UK, you can email us. Please read further in 'SHIPPING' tab.

Q. Who will deliver my order?

We use myhermes and Royal Mail for smaller items.

Q.  I have not received my order yet?

 Once it has left us, it is out of our responsibility. If you ordered bows then you can contact direclty with Myhermes and your tracking number will be emailed to you. If you ordered only jewellery but you can contact us and we will scan your code to see the status of your order. 

Q. If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to low cost products, we cannot give any refunds for any reason so please ensure you are 100% certain you want to purchase any of our products. 

Q. I received my order damaged? 

We check product quality before packing all orders carefully. If you received your order damaged,  please provide us proof of damage within 5 days of receiving then we will be more than happy to exchange the product for the same one. (Return postage will be your responsibility).  

Q. Why do we have to pay for delivery? 

We do not include postage cost in our products. We charge you a fixed rate at checkout regardless of the amount you have in your cart. We always try and give the most affordable cheapest way to deliver to you. Everything is recorded so the chance of your order being lost is very very slim. 

Q. Is the Jewellery real gold?

All our chained/findings item are gold plated and not solid gold so it is not real gold but mental with a gold finishing. It will eventally tarnish but with care, it will last longer. 

Q. How do I take care of my jewellery? 

Please place all jewellery in an anti tarnish pouch or box away from direct sunlight. Avoid wearing it in humidity and sweat as it will discolour the mental quicker. Do not shower with your jewellery. You can clean with an anti tarnish cloth for shine and remove dusting. These steps will help keep your jewelley in tac as long as possible.

Q. Can I refund my jewellery if I am allergic ? 

Due to hygiene, we can not re sell the jewellery items so in this situation we can not accept any refunds. Please email us first for enquiries about mental materials before you place an order.
